my quick update :
@interview with American Std project : no news..hampeh! budget Feb baru ada news kot sbb according to the plan, the design work should start on middle February.
@abie is now working at new place..hahah apalah mamat tu.. dok tukar tak habis2.. lucky, he still in KL la kan ..
@looking for new housing development around KL.. nak buat budget sikit.. inot any ideas?

Anyway...nak beli umah ekk? Heheh...dunno much bout property nyer trend kat KL since dtg sini...but I bet the area to be skang ni is around Kota Damansara - Sg Buloh...or Shah Alam.
Kalau kat tgh KL rasa might be costly sbb dah kurang development baru. But just shop around la kalau ada property nyer expo...just to give idea.
